SMART Housing (Safe, Mixed-Income, Accessible, Reasonably Priced, Transit-Oriented) is the City of Austin’s program designed to stimulate housing for low-and-moderate income residents. In addition to our market- rate residences at The Johnny, 19 of our units are reserved for this program. Please refer to the information below for further details on the qualifications required.

Income Requirements:

Along with our traditional Rental Criteria, any applicant or household applying for a designated unit must be within the below income limits based on your household size.
